Measure your feet
- Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark.
- Measure both feet and use the longer measurement.
Foot length and the JP size label are not a guarantee of fit. If you are between sizes or unsure, email support@neulo.com with your measurements and your usual shoe size before ordering.

Included with your pair
A special PathOne shoe box and two insoles (3 mm and 4 mm) to adjust the fit.
Please note: the insoles in the first production batch do not carry the NEULO logo.

Shipping & dispatch
Domestic shipping is free. Orders are normally dispatched the next business day, excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays. Delivery dates vary.
Cancellations & address changes
Email support@neulo.com with your order number by 23:59 JST (UTC+9) on the order date, including weekends and holidays.
Returns & size exchanges
Request within 30 days of payment. Indoor try-on only; retain the original condition, box and accessories. PathOne allows one size exchange. If exchange stock is unavailable, we refund the product price. NEULO covers shipping and collection for the first return or exchange per order; you pay these costs for subsequent requests.
Faulty or incorrect items
Contact us promptly. NEULO covers necessary shipping and collection without the first-request limit. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
