NEULO is a footwear brand connecting walking, health and creativity, built around drawing out and supporting the feet's own ability. We are looking for staff to represent our brand and work with customers at our Shibuya location.

About the role
Represent NEULO through direct contact with customers at NEULO Shibuya Lab. Beyond selling shoes, explain how the feet move and share our product philosophy with care, creating a great experience for each customer.
Responsibilities
- Customer service, fitting, product recommendations and sales.
- Understand and communicate our products and brand story.
- Manage store displays and inventory.
- Maintain customer records, including CRM entries.
- Share customer feedback with the team.
Required qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience; experience in apparel, footwear or lifestyle retail is welcome.
- Enjoy working with people and share our brand values.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
Preferred qualifications
- The ability to assist customers in English or other languages.
- An interest in footwear, sports or healthcare.
