NEULO is a footwear brand connecting walking, health and creativity, built around drawing out and supporting the feet's own ability. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to bring the brand to a wider audience.

About the role
Lead the execution of NEULO's marketing. Tell a consistent story across social media, PR, content, events and our online store, and plan the journey from awareness to purchase and brand loyalty. As we build the brand, your work will range from strategy to hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and annual / quarterly plans.
- Plan and direct social media, PR, content and event campaigns.
- Plan marketing for new product launches and the launch of our online store.
- Develop CRM and growth initiatives using waitlist and customer data.
- Set campaign targets, measure results and make improvements.
- Select and work with external partners, including PR firms, creators and agencies.
Required qualifications
- At least three years of practical marketing experience at a company or brand.
- Experience in both strategy development and execution.
- An interest in D2C, fashion or lifestyle businesses.
- The ability to make decisions based on data.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience at a startup or during the early stages of a brand.
- Experience in footwear or apparel.
- The ability to communicate in English.
