About the role
Lead NEULO's international expansion, from researching new markets and planning entry to selecting and negotiating with local partners and launching the brand overseas. This role offers substantial responsibility and the opportunity to help establish NEULO in global markets.
Responsibilities
- Research international markets and develop market entry strategies.
- Identify and negotiate with local distributors and retail partners.
- Manage participation in international exhibitions and trade shows.
- Coordinate import, export, duties and customs clearance activities.
- Adapt local marketing campaigns into the relevant languages.
- Set targets for international expansion and monitor progress.
Required qualifications
- Experience in international business development or cross-border business.
- Business-level English proficiency or higher.
- Experience negotiating and building relationships across cultures.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience expanding footwear, apparel or consumer goods businesses internationally.
- Practical experience in Asian, European or North American markets.
