To coincide with the October long weekend, we held pop-up fitting and sales events in Fukuoka on October 9–10, Hiroshima on October 11, and Yokohama on October 12. Here is a look at the fittings and some of the feedback we heard along the way.

NEULO began pre-sales in September. For now, we meet customers at our store and events, where they can try on the shoes and check the fit before buying.

We have already held events in Sapporo, Saitama, Nagano, Nagoya, Osaka, Kobe, and other locations. With people joining our waiting list from across Japan, this time we also visited Fukuoka and Hiroshima, two places we had not yet been able to visit.

Fukuoka | A morning run and a pop-up at Ohori Terrace

October 9–10, Friday–Saturday / Ohori Park and Ohori Terrace, 2F Rental Space

In Fukuoka, we timed our pop-up to coincide with RAMEN TECH 2026. NEULO also sponsored morning running events on both days.

Regular runners, people who enjoy running, and those involved in the event gathered at Ohori Park in the morning. After the run, participants enjoyed coffee and tried on our first model, PathOne.

We were glad that people who run regularly were also interested in wearing the shoes day to day.

The pop-up took place at Ohori Terrace inside Ohori Park. Some visitors told us they had been waiting for us to come to Fukuoka. Over the two days, we met people from our waiting list in person, and many visitors tried on and bought the shoes.

Hiroshima | Feedback on the fit at our first pop-up

October 11, Sunday / KOI PLACE lawn

The next day, we headed to Hiroshima for our first pop-up on the lawn at KOI PLACE. Some visitors said they had not had many opportunities to compare shoes in person and were glad to be able to try them locally.

One customer who bought a pair after trying them on shared her thoughts on the fit and the freedom to move her toes.

We also heard from someone who walks around 10,000 steps a day on more than half the days of the week. They shared their first impressions after trying the shoes on.

As we talked about their walking habits and how they choose shoes, visitors took time to check the fit for themselves. Many people in Hiroshima also chose to buy a pair.

Yokohama | On the lawn in Minato Mirai

October 12, Monday, public holiday / LIVINGTOWN Minato Mirai lawn

Our final stop was Yokohama, where we held a pop-up on the lawn at LIVINGTOWN Minato Mirai. Here, too, visitors tried on PathOne and talked with us about how the shoes felt.

More opportunities to meet in person

Thank you to everyone who visited us in Fukuoka, Hiroshima, and Yokohama. We were pleased to meet you in person and talk about the fit and the shoes you wear every day.

We will keep holding events and pop-ups in different places, making time to talk with our customers. We look forward to seeing you again.
